All of the staff was extremely helpful and cordial. Dr. O. diagnosed the issues with my lower back and neck and after (3) short visits, I am pain free. Great job Dr. O.

Everyone was very friendly

Everyone was very friendly and they all seemed to help each other. If a timer went off , someone from the front desk would even come and help if the others were busy with someone else. I know how many patients Dr.Jim sees everyday and yet I never felt rushed. It's a very special Dr. that can see so many in one day and yet make you feel like you are important.

I felt everyone did a great job when I had my visits. The doctor was great and very helpful. Thank you for your help and good luck in the future. The only slight problem was I had to wait a few times but that was no big deal. Thank you for your services.

I'm glad to be back with Dr.Ottomeyer and his staff. You walk in his office in the morning and everyone always has a friendly smile for you.They make you feel that you are important and they like having you as their patient.The office staff always helps with everything concerning your questions and the office is very,very clean at all times.I've always done business with April and she is a very wonderful person, that is there to help you with everything. Thanks, April. She is a class act as a employee for Dr. Ottomeyer.Dr. Ottomeyer makes you feel that you are important to him as a patient and he will help you in anyway. If he can't he will tell you. He won't keep having you come back for no reason. He's up front with everything. Thanks everyone at Frontier.
