Wonderful Chiropractor

Apr 20, 2012 by John Burgess

I am 74 years old and have been very active until the last year, when pulling a rope starting mower I restarted back pain from spinal stenosis. When I could not get relief from the pain, I got online to find a chiropractor that might help. I found Dr. Casey Bearden at 6410 Charlotte Pike Nashville and I liked his ad. He was on the west side of the city and was closer to me, as I live in Dickson county about 45 miles away. I went to see his office and made an appointment where he took xrays and then explained my xrays and started treatment. Be then end of September the pain in my back, left hip, and leg was gone. Thanks Dr. Bearden! For anyone with BACK, HIP, and LEG PAIN, I recommend that you give Dr. Casey Bearden a visit. John Burgess

Dr. Beardon, miracle worker!!

Mar 21, 2012 by Brian Herrick

Just two short weeks ago I entered Dr. Bearden's office at a 45 degree angle. I had been suffering with debilitating back pain for 8 months and could not do my job as an electrical contractor/master electrician. I had been taking prescription pain meds and muscle relaxers from my MD for over 6 months. Today I can say I haven't taken any prescription meds since last week. I can move freely and have increased mobility by 60 percent. My treatment has been relatively pain free except for my first treatment when I screamed like a school girl and scared everyone in the place. I was more scared of the unusual treatment than actual pain. I am amazed how much my pain made me change my lifestyle to accommodate it. I avoided activity and was having a hard time earning a living. Dr. Bearden's treatments have let me regain my dignity as a provider and I have so much more range of motion while remaining relatively pain free. Everything feels different including how I walk in my shoes to how much easier it is to get in and out of my truck. Dr. Bearden IS a miracle worker and I am a true believer of spine wellness. I plan to receive treatments for life. Thanks to Dr. Bearden and his staff for saving my life, literally!!

My visits to Dr. Bearden's office

Feb 12, 2012 by Sabina Goodbread

My visits to Dr. Bearden's office began a few years back when my husband fell from a latter at work (he is a satellite technician). I've always known about the benefits of chiropractic medicine but had no real satisfactory experiences with previous doctors. Since my husband was in great pain, I was determined that his experience will be better than mine, so, I was on a mission. I researched tons of doctors in the Nashville area, but all seem to have some type of negative feedback (e.i. poor customer service, doctors not spending enough time with their patients, doctors hearing but not listening, and on and on it goes). I finally found Dr. Bearden's website, which I meticulously reviewed and found that patients feedback was very positive. I made a phone call to schedule an appointment for my husband. The receptionist was very friendly and reassured me that Dr. Breaden will take good care of my husband. We went into the office the next day, the staff was friendly and made us feel like we matter. Dr. Breaden did take good care of my husband and he listened to his needs. I also became Dr. Breaden's patient after having reoccurring back pain from a car accident a while back. We have been faithful patients to Dr. Breaden's practice for more than two years and have not been disappointed so far. In conclusion, Dr. Breaden's practice surpassed my expectations.

I have been suffering with

Dec 19, 2011 by Robert Hall

I have been suffering with chronic back and neck pain for at least 10 years now. In the last 3 years my pain has increased significantly. Doctors have diagnosed my problem as Fibromyalgia. Treatment has been trial and error with an assortment of prescription pain medications including Lyrica, Hydrocodone, Savella and Cymbalta to name a few. These medications are very strong and host a long list of side effects. I experienced minimal relief and was not comfortable taking any of the SNRI's which by the way took me over 3 weeks to get off due to the withdrawal symptoms. My wife heard an advertisement for deep tissue laser therapy and this is how I came to know Dr. Bearden and his staff at Action Chiropractic. Dr. Bearden, after explaining my x-ray tests, began my treatment with the long term goal of relieving my back pain and correcting the underlying problem. This is when my outlook totally changed and I could even begin thinking that I may not have to live with this condition for the rest of my life. Dr. Bearden seemed to know exactly where my trouble stemmed from and after my first visit I was amazed at how much betterI felt. He went precisely to the problem that no pain medication was able to even come close to. That weekend I was almost pain free and my wife could tell that even my attitude was better. Now all I have to do is stay the course with the treatment plan Dr. Bearden prescribed so that hopefully I can get rid of the problem permanently and live my life without being dependent on pain medications. I would also like to add that Dr. Bearden's staff are the best. and they truly seem to care about their patients. The overall atmosphere is positive and I highly recommend Dr. Bearden...all chiropractors are not alike.

My father was Vice President

Nov 30, 2011 by Leah

My father was Vice President of the Academy of Dermatology and Chairman of Dermatology at a major hospital. He took pride in his Yale education and I traveled with him to many Academy meetings. If I needed a doctor, my father would call some Chairman somewhere, and within a day or two, I was in with the best of the best.So when I had my car accident I naturally went to see an Internist my father arranged for me. This Internist recommended surgery if the pain persisted. I was spending hours every day in the tub soaking and only getting temporary relief. I play the cello, and that upright body position was dreadful.I saw a friend of mine and she told me I should see Dr. Bearden. She loved him and went on and on about him. So I made an appointment. I was skeptical and the informality of the office was new to me. So my first meeting with Dr. Bearden, I was a skeptic and struggling with the…”Is he really a doctor?” The doctor elitism was passed down to me.So here it is. The informality of the office made me feel cared for, respected and valuable as a person. There was no intimidation what so ever or elitism at all; another new concept. I always heard that once you see a chiropractor you had to always go back…forever. Not the case with Dr. Bearden. He planned a release date with me and even once called me and asked me if I was ready to be released. His wife really runs his office like a well oiled machine. Dr. Bearden repeatedly gave all credit to his wife and staff. Ever heard of a doctor giving credit to his wife for his success? I have been around them all my life and that was the first time for me too. I never heard one critical word from any of his staff and I was there often. That positive, helpful spirit was evident by all who worked at Action Chiropractic.I am well, playing my cello, caring for my children and numerous work responsibilities. I am grateful I took the path less traveled and took a chance. I read Dr. Bearden’s book and I understood that really he is all about whole body health. When you see Dr. Bearden and his wife, they are both in incredible shape. They practice what they preach.Really? A Chiropractor? YES! Put aside your preconceived notions, do something different and see Dr. Bearden. Your preconceived notions may put you on the operating table.Lael Caldwell
