Large organisations which have subsidiary healthcare organisations underneath them can purchase Patient Voice Feedback Manager on behalf of their practices. This helps all the subsidiary branch organisation to manage and disseminate the NHS Friends and Family Test in the most effective way.
  • 1 The CCG / Federation / PCHs / Partnerships is the parent organisation and the branches are the healthcare practices. In this way the senior managers have the option to view feedback analysis between the branches and monitor the average recommended score for the whole organisation.
  • 2 The individual healthcare practices have their Patient Voice accounts paid for by the larger organisation to which they are associated and they run their accounts independently as branches.
