Hospitals and Trusts can benefit from Patient Voice in a number of ways
  • PV uses NHS Friends and Family Test template Feedback can be received from patients from different wards and departments in the form of the NHS Friends and Family Test. The NHS Friends and Family Test can be distributed to patients using Patient Voice in a number of ways like sms, email, paper, social media sites and the hospital/trust website.
  • Customised User Dashboard Managers who are responsible for running the different wards and departments can have their own individual user dashboards. They can access patient feedback either through the web based cloud application or using the IPAD/mobile Patient Voice Feedback Manager application.

Patients also use the national Patient Voice portal website as well as the mobile application for patients to send their feedback to the hospital or trust. Organisations can see from their dashboard what the most effective method of communication is with their patients.
  • Fully Managed Paper Survey System PV also offers a fully managed service of collecting all the paper surveys from hospital and trusts and transferring the information digitally to the hospital or trust Patient Voice account for analysis.

  • The PATIENT VOICE KIOSK application is given to organisations so they can load the feedback surveys on to any tablet / IPAD device and then offer this feedback method to their patients.

    This is a great method to obtain feedback from patients in wards, gp practices, clinics and dental practices especially when patients are waiting to book their next appointments. The feedback is collected offline even if the internet connection is down.
